What is the wish list?
The wish list allows you to save and view the items you are interested by.

How to make an order?
Add the desired items to your basket, then click on the shopping card to make payment to place your order.

 

How to change or cancel my order?
Contact us (add link contact us) as soon as possible so that we can modify your order before sending.
However, if you want to change your order after sending / receiving, the costs will be at your expense, except if it is our fault (error on product, manufacturing defect).

In which countries do you deliver?
We supply mainly to the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

How soon will I receive my order?
For orders in United kingdom, it should take no more than 2 to 5 working days, depending on the chosen option.
For other countries, count 5 to 7 working days.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Can I exchange a product?
You have 7 days to exchange your items according to the available stock. To proceed to the exchange, the item must be in perfect condition. For returns, shipping costs

will be at your expense, unless error on our part.
